It's normal to feel overwhelmed or confused as you search for the best mental health care, but we're here to make the process as smooth as possible. Here are helpful answers to questions you may have as you consider treatment at Artgevity LLC.
IS WHAT I SAY DURING MY TREATMENT CONFIDENTIAL?
All of the information shared in a session is kept confidential unless someone presents a as a threat to themselves or to others. In addition all mental health care professionals are mandated by law to report any signs of suicide, child abuse, abuse of a vulnerable adult or crime.
WHAT METHODS CAN I USE TO CONTACT MY COUNSELOR OR THERAPIST?
If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us during normal business hours or provide us with an email correspondence at artgevityllc@mail.com and we will be sure to get back to you at our earliest convenience.
CAN I BRING FAMILY MEMBERS OR FRIENDS TO MY INTAKE APPOINTMENT?
You are welcome to bring loved ones to your intake appointment, just call and let us know the time we should be expecting you and your loved ones and we will make the necessary preparations that will be most accommodating for you all upon your arrival.
